To participate, you must meet the following criteria:
Projects must be located in an eligible† municipality within the Enbridge Gas service area.
Low-rise residential single family, semi-detached and townhomes qualify.
Eligible new homes must have ENERGY STAR Version 17 certification or equivalent.
New construction builders can participate once per year.
It’s not a requirement for builders to have natural gas in their developments.
The Residential Savings by Design program is available to Ontario builders and vendors licensed by the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA). Owner-builders are not eligible.
