Enbridge Gas is proposing to build new natural gas pipelines and related infrastructure to meet the requirements of industrial and commercial customers in the City of Pickering.

The Seaton Employment Lands Pipeline Project is a customer-driven project for new natural gas pipelines and related infrastructure to meet the requirements of industrial and commercial customers within the Seaton Employment Lands development area in the City of Pickering.

Enbridge Gas is currently evaluating four potential routes for the pipeline. Depending on the selected route, the pipeline would be between 7 km and 11 km in length. An additional route that is approximately 2 km in length is also proposed.

The proposed locations of the preferred and alternative pipeline routes have been developed for the purposes of an assessment of potential environmental and socio-economic impacts and do not represent the final project scope or design.
