The Canada Post strike has now ended and mail delivery has resumed.

As Canada Post works through the mail backlog, you may receive previously mailed paper bills that may not reflect your current balance.
You can confirm your current balance and other account details through any of the following methods:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Use our virtual assistant, cozE™.
- Download our mobile app to view your balance. You can download the Enbridge Gas Ontario mobile app from Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Call 1-877-362-7434, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (closed holidays).
Large Volume Customers – EGD Rate Zone
- Sign up for eBill to receive your bill electronically. To register, call us at 1-855-311-2522 or email us at LBA@enbridge.com.
- Enroll in our pre-authorized payment plan to have bills automatically paid from a bank account.
- Payments can also be made online or through telephone banking or at any financial institution in Canada.
- Pay by credit card. Customers can make payments using MasterCard or VISA through KUBRA EZ-PAY. A service fee equal to 1.75% will be charged for each credit card payment. (Note: maximum of $5,000)
- Pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). For instructions and bank information call us at 1-855-311-2522 or email us at LBA@enbridge.com.
Large Volume Customers – Union Rate Zones
Enbridge Gas offers several convenient options to help customers pay their invoice electronically to avoid late or missed payment charges.
- Information on electronic payment options for S&T customers is located on the invoice.
- Information for electronic payment options for contract rate and direct purchase customers can be provided upon request.
For customers with payments owing from Enbridge Gas, providing electronic payment details for your account will allow Enbridge Gas to pay customers electronically and avoid any impacts of postal delays. If you currently receive cheques from Enbridge Gas and would like to provide electronic banking information, please contact:
- Contract rate/S&T customers: your Enbridge Gas account manager
- Direct purchase customers: your customer support representative
It is unlikely that your late payment or pre-authorized payment dates will change due to a postal disruption. Thank you for continuing to pay your bill on time.
