Incentives for multi-residential and affordable housing buildings
See if your building meets the criteria below to qualify for available incentives.
- Commercial multi-residential: condos and apartments must be three storeys or higher.
- Affordable housing multi-residential: purpose-built rental buildings with at least 30 percent of units below market rent or participation in a government affordable housing program within the past five years.2
Contact your Energy Solutions Advisor (ESA) to determine eligibility and qualifications for incentives. Depending on project timing, your building may qualify for one of the incentive options below.
