Know your rights

As an Enbridge Gas Ohio customer, you have important rights and obligations to ensure fair dealings between you and the company. These rights and obligations are afforded to you by the Ohio Minimum Gas Service Standards contained within Chapter 4901:1-13 of the Ohio Administrative Code.

Standards specific to the provision of small commercial gas service are included in Rule 4901:1-13-08. This rule addresses standards involving credit worthiness, deposits, bases for denial or disconnection, notice requirements and reconnection for small commercial customers.

Similar standards specific to residential gas service are contained in Chapters 4901:1-17 and 4901:1-18 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
