Moving can be stressful, but our goal is to make sure transferring your current service to your new home is as smooth as possible.

You can also transfer your service by calling 1-800-362-7557 to speak with an agent. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m to 7 p.m.

Please note: These options are available only to customers with 13-digit account numbers. Customers with 5-digit account numbers should contact us for assistance.

Tips for transferring your service

    Provide advance notice.
    We recommend at least seven business days in advance, but please provide as much notice as possible so we can schedule the request for the date you need. Appointments are available Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays). Scheduling time frames may vary depending on the location of the property.

    More than one address
    You may have multiple locations in your name at the same time.

    No security deposit transfer
    The security deposit for an old account won't transfer to a new address. The amount of the security deposit is based on the usage for each property, so your paid deposit plus interest will be credited to the final bill. If it's necessary, you'll be billed a security deposit for the new address.

    Final bill
    The final bill will be mailed to the address you specify.
