Frequently asked questions

Use the link in your email notification, or sign in and select the bill you want to view. Up to 12 months of bills are available.

It's free to pay with eBill. Here's how it works:

  • Sign in to make payments from your bank account. You control the date and amount. Same day payment notification available.
  • Enroll in AutoPay and make payments automatically from your checking or savings account.

You may also pay by:

  • Credit/debit card or electronic check. Fees apply.
  • Online banking through your own financial institution.

Sign in to cancel your enrollment anytime. Once you've stopped eBill, your next bill will be sent via U.S. mail.

You can view your bill anytime online—even if you have not received an email.

If you're not receiving emails from us:

  • Sign in and check your profile to verify your email address is correct.
  • Check your spam folder. Certain email spam filters could be blocking your email. (Adding our email address to your safe list will prevent the email from being blocked from your inbox.)
  • If there's a limit on the number of emails in your inbox, check your settings and make sure it's not full (and therefore unable to receive the email).

Contact us if you're still having problems.

No. Instead of receiving a paper bill, you'll get an e-mail each time your account has a new bill due. If you ever want a paper bill, it's easy to sign in and print it.

If your account becomes delinquent and is subject to disconnection, we will send you a turn-off notice in the mail.

Yes. The eBill program is compatible with our AutoPay and Budget Billing programs.

Payment posting

'Pay now' payments made before 5 p.m. EST M-F (except holidays) will post to your account the same day. You cannot cancel or change 'Pay now' payments after they have been submitted. You can cancel or change a scheduled payment up to 5 p.m. EST the day before it is scheduled.

Service disconnection
