Enbridge Gas Ohio welcomes Dominion Energy customers. Tomorrow is on!

On March 7, 2024 Enbridge Inc. purchased the East Ohio Gas Company (doing business as Dominion Energy Ohio), becoming Enbridge Gas Ohio, and will join Enbridge's Gas Distribution and Storage Business Unit.

We’re a Canadian-based energy leader and our goal is to be the preeminent energy delivery company in North America. Our Gas Distribution and Storage Business Unit is comprised of four natural gas utilities who collectively provide affordable and reliable energy to 6.3 million customers in Ohio, Idaho, Utah and Wyoming as well as Ontario and Quebec in Cananda

Welcome to our new web experience!

You may continue to see Dominion Energy on some of our systems, like Manage Your Account. This is to be expected for now and not cause for concern.

We've also updated the signs for our office buildings and shops. Our employees will have badges identifying them as Enbridge employees and the Enbridge logo will be on the side of their vehicles.

There are currently no changes to:

  • Budget billing or payment arrangements
  • Service appointments
  • Our phone number
  • Agreements with a natural gas supplier through the Energy Choice program.

Additional upcoming changes include an enhanced customer experience, including an updated website, mobile app and self-service web portal. We will continue to post any changes as they occur.

It is our goal to keep our customers informed throughout this process.

Our banking information is being updated. You’ll start to see “Enbridge Gas Ohio” on your bank statement.

If you’re paying with the following payment methods, you’ll need to be sure to change the payee name to “Enbridge Gas Ohio.”

No update is needed if paying through Manage Your Account, the Enbridge Gas mobile app or AutoPay.
