Please complete the following steps to request a subordination. Requests will not be processed until all required documents have been received.

Number 1

Payment of a non-refundable $125 processing fee.
This fee is required for each subordination request and must be made by the new lender. Checks or payments from the borrower will not be accepted. See form for details.

Number 2

Complete, print, then mail the subordination form and fee agreement.

Number 3

All documents must be mailed UPS/FedEx to the physical address listed below:

  1. Completed subordination form
  2. Completed subordination fee form
  3. Borrower's authorization
  4. UPS/FedEx label
  5. Payment in form of:
    • Commercial bank account
    • Cashier's check
    • Money order

It takes up to 21 days to process a standard payment request.

No, the check cannot be issued by the borrower.

All checks should be FedEx or UPS to Enbridge Gas North Carolina's physical address at 800 Gaston Road.

No, the customer will not be charged the fee if the mortgage company's payment posts.

Changes can be made to the original request; however, a new processing fee will be charged for changes to mortgage lender or amount of subordination request.
