Explanation of bill
- Current charges
Your gas charges include usage for the current month (your meter reading (measured in therms) multiplied by your rate plan), as well as a fixed monthly basic facilities charge and state sales tax. - Other charges & credits - unregulated
This section includes charges for unregulated services such as appliance sales, installation, maintenance and repair programs that are not part of the regulated services offered by Enbridge Gas North Carolina.
