HVAC Financing Dealer Registration

Please complete the following steps to register for the HVAC Dealer Financing Program. Credit requests for customers will not be processed until all required documents have been received.

Frequently asked questions

Completing the forms and returning via mail or fax will register the HVAC Heating dealer and expedite the request. Standard Courier Service can take up to 10 business days.

Once the forms are received by the financing department, a credit check will be allowed for the first customer. The financing department then mails an HVAC dealer packet with the proper credit application forms to complete with the customer. Applications should be completed before installation of equipment.
