Electronic Bulletin Board

Stay up-to-date with the electric delivery Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB)s.

In order to access the Enbridge Gas North Carolina Electronic Bulletin Board ("EBB"), an authorized representative of your company must complete a Customer EBB Access Authorization Form, sign it and e-mail a scanned copy to NCTransAdmin@DominionEnergy.com. This form can be accessed in the Electronic Bulletin Board.

Once received, Enbridge Gas North Carolina's Transportation Administration team will set up the authorized users in the EBB. Please make sure that your EBB users open the e-mail from NCTransAdmin@DominionEnergy.com and follow the instructions on how to access the EBB. This e-mail will also provide instructions on how to reset a user's password and how to subscribe to a daily e-mail for meter readings. It will provide you with easier access to your meter readings and provide improved reporting capability.
