Welcome to our new web experience!

On Sept. 30, 2024, Dominion Energy's natural gas distribution business in North Carolina was sold to Enbridge Inc., becoming Enbridge Gas North Carolina. Note: you may continue to see Dominion Energy on some of our systems as we complete our transition.

We’re very excited to be joining the Enbridge family of businesses and look forward to providing you with the same safe, reliable service you know.

This transition should be seamless for customers. You will be notified well in advance of any changes that may affect payments or how you access your account. Information will be provided via email, with your paper bill or eBill, and on our enbridgegas.com website.

Enbridge Gas is owned by Enbridge Inc., a Canadian-based leader in energy transportation and distribution. The company provides natural gas service in Ontario, Quebec, Ohio, Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho, and will now serve customers in North Carolina. Enbridge Gas will continue to deliver what’s important for its combined 7 million customers—the safe and reliable delivery of affordable energy and a focus on innovation to contribute to a sustainable future. To learn more about Enbridge Gas, visit enbridgegas.com.
