The ThermWise Energy Pledge Program is a free two-year pilot program (Nov. 1, 2023 and Oct. 2025) for residential customers who wish to conserve natural gas and save money on their natural gas bills. Pledge program participants will be eligible for great prizes and informative tips throughout the year.

What can I expect when I sign up for ThermWise Energy Pledge?

Email welcome confirmation.

Regular text messages as a reminder of your commitment.

Monthly status reports.

End-of-year customer report following the commitment to help you track your pledge progress.

Prize drawings throughout the duration of the program. No purchase necessary.
I would like to make the pledge, can I?

You are a residential customer and striving to reduce natural gas consumption.

You are willing to receive monthly communications via email or text from Enbridge Gas.

Are consuming at least 50 dekatherms of natural gas annually.

Have at least 12 months of continuous usage at their residence.

Have a web self-service login.
The ThermWise Energy Pledge is based on one home per customer and you have to be living in the same residence to be considered for the program. If you feel that this program does not adequately meet your needs, you may opt out of the program at any time.
