Important Update: Smart Thermostat Rebate Applications Now Available Through Home Renovation Savings Program
We are pleased to inform you that the Enbridge Smart Thermostat rebate program has now transitioned to the Home Renovation Savings (HRS) Smart Thermostat program. This new program, launched on January 28, 2025, is a collaboration between Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy. It continues to offer rebates for smart thermostats, now with even more flexible options for energy efficiency upgrades. The HRS program provides homeowners with the choice of single or bundled upgrades for greater savings and is available to homes heated with Enbridge Gas supplied natural gas and homes connected to the Ontario electricity grid who heat or cool their home electrically.
Instructions for Enbridge Customers with Existing Instant Discount Codes: If you have an existing instant discount code you received from the Enbridge Smart Thermostat program, you can use it to apply on the HRS website. Simply visit homerenovationsavings.ca/without-assessment/smart-thermostat and follow the instructions to redeem your discount code.
Instructions for Post-Purchase Rebate Applications: For Enbridge Gas customers looking to get a post-purchase rebate from the Enbridge Smart Thermostat program, we will be honouring those applications through the HRS site as well. Please ensure you apply within 60 days of your purchase and upload a clear image of your invoice showing the purchase date, device model, retailer, and pre-tax cost.
