You see damaged connections to natural gas appliances.

What should I do if I detect a gas leak?
- Go outside or leave the area immediately.
- Call the 24-hour Enbridge Gas emergency number at 1-866-763-5427 or dial 911.
- Never assume someone has already called.

- Don’t use phones or electronics near the leak.
- Don’t turn appliances or lights on/off.
- Don’t smoke or use lighters or matches.

Will a carbon monoxide alarm detect natural gas leaks?
A carbon monoxide alarm will detect unsafe amounts of CO in your home. It will not detect a natural gas leak.
